David Howell

David Howell possesses extensive experience in the field of engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Global Training Manager at Flowserve Corporation since April 2017, with prior roles including North American Comm Ops Manager, Senior Sales Engineer, Manufacturing Manager, and Sales Engineer. Before joining Flowserve, David was the Fisher control valve and regulator account manager at Puffer-Sweiven, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and corporate contracts, as well as providing technical expertise in severe service flow control. David began a career at Rawson as an inside sales representative, where a strong knowledge of petrochemical products was developed. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Stephen F. Austin State University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
