David Licon

David Licon is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO certifications. Currently serving as the Regional Quality Assurance Manager at Flowserve Corporation since November 2015, David has successfully led the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 without any non-conformance and oversees a team of 14 employees. In addition to this role, David has been an Adjunct Professor at Tennessee Technological University and Volunteer State Community College since February 2016 and February 2008, respectively, teaching various ASQ certification preparation classes. Prior experience includes quality management positions at Chromalox Precision Heat and Control, KePRO, and Campbell Hausfeld, where David contributed to continuous improvement initiatives and developed quality training programs. David holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
