Diego Perez del Cano

Diego Perez del Cano is the Director of the Global Manufacturing Seal Business Unit at Flowserve Corporation. They have held various positions at Flowserve since 1998, including roles as Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior Operations Manager, where they were responsible for manufacturing processes, operations, and leading teams. Diego managed aftermarket operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on performance improvement and continuous enhancement. They hold a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they studied from 1991 to 1997.
