Earnest Carey started their work experience in 1999 at Limitorque Corporation, where they worked as a Product Management/Marketing Manager. In the same year, they joined Flowserve as an HDA Portfolio Manager. Earnest then became a Marketing Manager at Flowserve in 2002. Finally, in 2011, they were promoted to Principal Portfolio Manager at Flowserve.
Earnest Carey attended Central Virginia Community College from 1970 to 1974, where they studied Mechanical Engineering Technology. Following this, from 1975 to 1979, they enrolled at Liberty Bible Institute, specializing in Systematic Theology.
