Erik Servín is an HSE leader with over a decade of experience in safety and sustainability. Currently serving as the HSE Regional Manager Americas at Flowserve Corporation, Erik implements proactive safety strategies and supports local HSE leaders. Previously, Erik held significant roles at Tesla, Komatsu México, and Desarrolladora Carpín, where they focused on enhancing safety standards and fostering a culture of preventive leadership. Erik holds a Master’s degree in Safety Administration and Occupational Health from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and dual bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac Veracruz.
