Fabrizio Nappi

Fabrizio Nappi is an experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering, currently serving as Supervisor of Customer Care at Flowserve Corporation since October 2015. In this role, Fabrizio manages a team of project managers to address customer claims during product commissioning and start-up, while also overseeing warranty expenses and enhancing products through the analysis of after-sales issues. Previously, Fabrizio held several supervisory positions within the company, including Estimating & Industrial Engineering and Estimating & Product Portfolio Development, where responsibilities included supporting commercial operations with quotations, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and analyzing manufacturing processes. Fabrizio's career began with a focus on product development, highlighted by a thesis project on centrifugal pumps while earning a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
