Gib Gratti is a seasoned manufacturing welding engineer with extensive experience in developing and certifying welding procedures in accordance with ASME and API standards. Currently employed at Flowserve Corporation since November 2014, Gib provides technical support for various welding processes, including GTAW and SMAW, and has a proven track record in maintaining records of welder qualifications.
