István Frank

István Frank is an accomplished engineering manager at Flowserve Corporation since January 2019, overseeing a team of over 40 engineers and managing the engineering center's budget, facility development, and talent development. Previously, István served as an engineering supervisor and seal system project engineer, focusing on order fulfillment and project coordination. With a strong background in design from GD Gép és Daru Kft., where leadership and innovative engineering for machinery were emphasized, István has also contributed to academic growth as a part-time lecturer at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. István holds a Master of Business Administration and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, further solidifying expertise in the field.
