James Hare

James Hare is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an On-site Application Engineering Supervisor at Flowserve Corporation since July 2020. In this role, James collaborated with an international team to enhance Rough Cut Capacity Planning processes and led the implementation of new functionalities in Flowserve’s Aftermarket Portal. Previously, James managed the development of R&D products within the CT6 agricultural pump line and improved operational processes for the Material Review Board. With a background that includes founding the Climbing Engineering Club and holding internships at TOMRA Sorting Food and the City and County of Broomfield, James possesses a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the Colorado School of Mines in 2020.
