Juan Carrera

Juan Carrera has served as Vice President, Operational Excellence since February 2023. Prior to joining Flowserve, Mr. Carrera served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Dover, a leading manufacturer of industrial products worldwide. In this role, he led the creation of the operational excellence system for the company and served as Senior Vice President for two of their segments. Prior to Dover, Mr. Carrera led 40 manufacturing sites across Europe, Asia, Americas, and Russia with Colfax as the Senior Vice President of Operations. He also served in several senior leadership roles for major manufacturers like Honeywell, ITT (now Xylem), and American Standard. Mr. Carrera has deep experience in leading multi-billion-dollar operational business units and operational excellence initiatives across global organizations.
