Kim DeRouen has extensive experience in supply chain management, beginning as Purchasing Manager at Hydril from January 1998 to December 2006, followed by roles at Cameron from January 2007 to 2010 as Purchasing/Materials Manager and later from October 2007 to 2015 as Supply Chain Director and Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities included supplier development, cost savings initiatives, and conflict resolution. Currently, Kim serves as Regional Supply Chain Manager at Flowserve Corporation since November 2020. Kim holds a BBA from the University of Houston and has additional education from Texas A&M.
