Kimberly Wright is an experienced compensation manager with a diverse background in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of Global Compensation at Flowserve Corporation since November 2015, Kimberly has demonstrated expertise in managing global pay programs for over 8,000 employees.
