Kimberly Wright

Kimberly Wright is an experienced compensation manager with a diverse background in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of Global Compensation at Flowserve Corporation since November 2015, Kimberly has demonstrated expertise in managing global pay programs for over 8,000 employees. Prior roles include Compensation Manager at Neovia Logistics, Manager of Incentive Compensation at iHeartMedia, and Senior Global Compensation Analyst at Celanese, where Kimberly led multiple high-impact projects such as the implementation of compensation systems and global job catalogs. Earlier experience as a Human Resources Generalist at JPI Partners and Southwest Securities further solidified Kimberly's skills in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and employee relations. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Business Management from the University of Chicago.
