Kyle Heuerman

Kyle Heuerman is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in executive search and corporate recruiting. Currently serving as an Executive Talent Sourcer at Flowserve Corporation since September 2025, Kyle has previously held positions such as Corporate Recruiter at TNP and Associate at Focus Search Partners, a Vaco Company, where responsibilities included candidate experience management and collaboration with hiring managers. Prior roles include Research Consultant at Korn Ferry and Associate Recruiter at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, with an early internship as a Management Trainee.
