Lans Bierens

Lans Bierens is currently the CoE, Manufacturing Engineering Lead at Flowserve Corporation, where they focus on the development of Centers of Excellence and enterprise solutions in manufacturing technology. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at BLACKMER® and a Manufacturing Engineer at Astronics, contributing significantly to product design and manufacturability in the aerospace industry. Lans also held positions as Production Manager at Astronics CSC and Process Engineer and Head Programmer at CNC Precision Machining LLC, where they advanced through various roles over nearly two decades. They earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design from Grand Rapids Community College.
