László Kola

László Kola has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. László started their career in 2007 as a Warehouse Shift Leader at JJ Food Service Limited, where they coordinated a team and ensured compliance with safety regulations. In 2010, they joined LEGO Group as a Logistics Specialist, overseeing comprehensive logistics operations and coordinating warehouse staff. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Lean Specialist at LEGO Group, developing and implementing global LCI roadmap and standards. In 2018, they joined Flowserve Corporation as a CIP Manager, establishing a Lean culture and providing training. László then became a Business Intelligence Project Manager, leading performance measurement processes and facilitating data analysis workshops. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Facilities at Flowserve Corporation, where they manage teams in three office buildings and ensures optimal operation and cost-efficiency.

László Kola earned an Associate's Degree in Lean management from Debreceni Egyetem in the year 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Nyíregyházi Egyetem between the years 2006 and 2012.
