Previously, Martin held the position of Engineering Manager, leading a dedicated team responsible for overseeing the design development of an extensive industrial pump portfolio and transitioning to a product lead organizational model. With experience as a Project Management Specialist and Senior M&T Project Manager, Martin successfully managed multiple global product development projects with significant budgets. Martin began a career at Sterling Industry Consult as a Senior R&D Engineer and Technischer Projektmanager, and gained foundational experience as a Reserve Officer in the Bundeswehr.
