Meadows Wilbert

Meadows Wilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Meadows started their career at TE Connectivity in 1996 as a Product Quality Engineer. Meadows worked in this role for six years before being promoted to Quality Supervisor, where they were responsible for the Quality Assurance of 5 Energy division product lines. In this role, they managed a team of 3 Quality Engineers and 3 Quality Control raw material receiving inspectors. Meadows'sresponsibilities included reporting product line and site quality metrics to site and world corporate staff. Meadows joined Flowserve Corporation in 2012 and has held various positions since then. Meadows started as an NQA-1 Engineer, certified to perform audits and commercial grade surveys for safety-related items. Meadows then became an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, ASQ-CQE, ASQ-CQA, and ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor(TPECS). In their most recent role at Flowserve Corporation, Meadows is the Supplier Performance Group, Audit Program Lead.

Meadows Wilbert has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University, which was obtained from 1999 to 2002. They also have an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Durham Community College, obtained from 1981 to 1984. In addition, they completed their high school education at Southern High School in Durham, NC from 1979 to 1981. Meadows Wilbert has obtained several certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, NQA-1 Lead Auditor, and ASQ Certified Quality Auditor.
