Michael McMurray

Michael McMurray is a retired public company CFO who served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer for LyondellBasell from 2019 to 2025, overseeing various financial functions. Prior to this role, McMurray had a nearly 11-year tenure at Owens Corning, where they held positions including vice president of Investor Relations and treasurer, as well as chief financial officer. Their extensive career includes 21 years at Royal Dutch Shell in various roles, including vice president of Shell Capital and global treasurer for Shell Chemicals. McMurray also serves on the board of directors for Flowserve, having previously chaired the Audit Committee. They earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Trinity University and an MBA from Tulane University.
