Michael Mill

Michael Mill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and education. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and previously an Applications Engineer at Flowserve Corporation since January 2015, Michael has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance processes. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Weir Minerals North America-Hazleton as a CAD Designer/Engineer, focusing on the design of engineered-to-order slurry pumps. Michael’s early career included a role as a Mathematics Teacher at Hanover Area School District, where lesson planning and classroom management were key responsibilities. Michael also gained experience as a Shipping Associate at Cornell Iron Works, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wilkes University, an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education-Mathematics from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
