Michael Romano has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on sales, marketing, and business development. Michael has held various leadership roles in companies such as Flowserve Corporation, CIRCOR International, and Tyco International. In their most recent position as Global Director, Sales - Strategic Accounts and Projects at Flowserve Corporation, they successfully grew overall responsibility from $60M to near $250M by catering to the world's largest downstream refining, petrochemical, and chemical companies. Michael also served as Group Vice President - Global Sales and Marketing at CIRCOR International, where they grew revenues to nearly $500M with a team of 150 staff. At Tyco International, they held multiple roles including Director of Marketing for Tyco Valves and Control, Director of Business Development for Tyco Infrastructure, and Director of Sales for Tyco Plastics and Adhesives. In these roles, they focused on marketing, business development, and strategic initiatives in various sectors including oil and gas, water and wastewater, and infrastructure protection.

Michael Romano obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University in 1988. Michael also holds a General Management Certification from The University of Texas at Austin.
