Michael van de Pol

Michael van de Pol is an experienced engineering specialist currently at Flowserve Corporation since November 2010, where responsibilities include providing technical aftermarket support, leading complex projects in centrifugal pump upgrades, and executing engineering analyses. Prior to Flowserve, Michael spent nearly a decade at StandardAero, developing reliability-centered maintenance programs for aircraft engines and managing technical progress during engine overhauls. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences and has completed associate degrees in Automotive Engineering and Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from Technisch Lyceum Eindhoven and CBM Techniek, respectively.
