Mindy Griffin

Mindy Griffin, SHRM-CP, serves as an HR Partner - Specialized Care at Flowserve Corporation, starting May 2024. Prior to this role, Mindy held the position of Sr. HR Generalist at J. Rettenmaier USA LP from February 2022 to May 2024, overseeing HR functions for 400 employees across 8 plants in 5 states and providing managerial support on various employee issues.
