Nicky Aerts

Nicky Aerts is an experienced director and plant manager currently overseeing the Mechanical seals and auxiliary systems facility at Flowserve Corporation in Etten-Leur, the Netherlands, a role held since September 2011. Prior positions include operations manager, manager of planning and industrial engineering, supervisor of planning, and MRP planner, with earlier experience as a management trainee. Nicky's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by internships focused on innovation and maintenance improvements.
