Phil McMenemy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Since January 2021, Phil has been retired after a long tenure at Flowserve, where roles included HR Director and HR Business Partner for the EMA region, focusing on organizational capability analysis and talent development. Prior to this, Phil served as Talent Solutions Business Partner at Flowserve Corp from August 2016 to January 2021, and as HR Director at Gateshead College from January 1990 to December 1999.
