Rachel Bell is an experienced purchasing professional with a career spanning several decades in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Purchasing Buyer at Flowserve Corporation since April 2022, Rachel previously held the position of Buyer at Thermo King Hastings for 27 years. Earlier in her career, Rachel worked for Ingersoll Rand as a Flow Cell Leader of Stockrooms, focusing on managing teams, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and enhancing workplace safety. Rachel also contributed to operational excellence as a Lean Change Agent at Thermo King.
