Juan Ramirez

Juan Ramirez has served as Global Director of Quality since September 2022, bringing more than 18 years of experience across global structures in driving operational excellence, quality leadership, and strategic improvement initiatives.

In his current role, Mr. Ramirez leads worldwide quality and continuous improvement strategies to enhance product performance, customer satisfaction and manufacturing efficiency across multiple business units, including Aftermarket.

Prior to this role. Mr. Ramirez was the Regional Manager of Continuous Improvement, Infrastructure and Quality for the Seals Operations and Aftermarket, where he successfully implemented strategies that strengthened process efficiency and product reliability.

Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions within operations including Manufacturing Manager, Project Manager, Manager of Continuous Improvement, and Manager of Quality. He is widely recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams, implement sustainable improvement systems, and deliver measurable results in complex global environments.
