Richard Tran has over three decades of experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Engineering Director at Flowserve Corporation since September 1993, where previous roles included Engineering Manager and Design Engineer. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Design Engineer at Peerless Pump Company from June 1991 to August 1993. Richard holds an MBA in Management from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
