Rick Shauger is currently pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. They have served as the Director/GM of Operations and Sales at Flowserve and previously worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Anderson Greenwood (Tyco) from 1988 to 1996, where they managed several product lines, including safety valves and regulators. Rick retired in 2021.
