Roger Deblois

Roger DeBlois serves as the Senior Director of Global Product Management for Seals at Flowserve Corporation, a position held since July 2005. In this role, Roger is responsible for the overall strategy and growth of Flowserve Seals products, ensuring alignment with customer and market expectations. Previously, Roger held positions including Global Senior Director of Seals and Systems Engineering, overseeing a global team of over 220 engineers and project managers across research and development activities. With extensive experience in product engineering, Roger has led successful initiatives in product growth and market standardization. Earlier career experience includes roles at GE as Lead Engineer for the ESBWR project and as a Submarine Nuclear Operator/Instructor in the US Navy. Roger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at Lehigh University.
