Steve Hoisington

Steve Hoisington has extensive experience in quality and operational excellence. Steve has held leadership positions in various companies, including Flowserve as Vice President of Operational Excellence, Quality, and Safety, and Electro-Motive Diesels as Vice President of Quality and Reliability. Steve has also served as a Judge for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Additionally, Steve has worked at Exel as a Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence and Johnson Controls as Vice President of Customer Satisfaction and Quality. Steve began their career at IBM, where they held a senior management position.

Steve Hoisington completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1978. Steve then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Winona State University, which they obtained in 1984.
