Steve Turner

Steve Turner currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Flowserve Corporation, a position held since April 2025. Prior to that, Steve was the Head of Global Learning, Skills, and Knowledge Management at John Deere from September 2021 to April 2025, where impactful talent strategies were developed, influencing executive decisions. Steve also held leadership roles in enterprise learning and consulting at PeakSpan Capital, managed innovative talent programs at Fidelity Investments, and developed a blended learning strategy at Texas Instruments. Steve holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from John Brown University, specializing in Business Information Systems and Leadership & Ethics, respectively.
