Taleb Altaleb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Regional Sourcing Manager for the Middle East at Flowserve Corporation, overseeing an annual spend of $200 million. Prior to this role, Taleb worked at Medtronic in various capacities, managing indirect supply management for multiple regions, including the Arabian Peninsula and TWAL, with responsibilities ranging from supplier relationship management to executing sustainable sourcing strategies.
