Tejas Saraf is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in sales, application engineering, and research and development, currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Flowserve Corporation since August 2012. Previously, Tejas held roles at Penn State University as a Graduate Student and interned as a Pre-Production Engineer at Volvo Powertrain, where notable experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma was gained. As a Primary Researcher at the National Institute of Technology, Tejas focused on optimizing welding processes, while contributions as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science involved exploring Product Lifecycle Management. Tejas commenced a career as a Production Assistant intern at Kirloskar Pneumatics, ensuring effective monitoring of various manufacturing processes.
