Terry Roberts

Terry Roberts is an experienced IT executive currently serving as the Director of IT Business Partner for Flowserve Corporation since February 2024, where responsibilities include leading IT strategy and acting as the primary liaison for the FCD Division. Prior to this role, Terry was the Global Director of Information Technology at Seal For Life Industries, successfully establishing IT solutions from the ground up. At HMT LLC, Terry transformed the IT organization into a strategically focused entity. Previous positions include senior leadership roles at Gardner Denver, where transformational programs were implemented, and Cameron, a Schlumberger company, overseeing large-scale engineering projects and processes. Terry is a BBA graduate in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and has held advisory positions in manufacturing and SAP user groups.
