Thomas Daly

Thomas Daly has a diverse work experience. Thomas is currently working as the VP - Operations at Flowserve Corporation. Prior to that, they held various roles at ESAB, including VP - Global Manufacturing Strategy, VP of Ops - North America Filler Metals, CBS Director - Global Ops, and CBS Director - Americas. Before their time at ESAB, they worked at Xylem Inc. as a Manager Manufacturing - Engineering and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Thomas also has experience at ITT as a Lean-Six Sigma professional. Additionally, Thomas served as a Captain in the USMC and authored a book called "Rage Company: A Marine's Baptism By Fire" documenting their experiences in the Iraq conflict.

Thomas Daly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in European History from the University of Rochester in the years 2000 to 2004. Thomas later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2017 and completed it in 2018.
