Vincent Fu

Vincent Fu has over 30 years of experience in supplier development and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Supplier Development Manager at Flowserve since October 2009, Vincent focuses on supplier selection, assessment, and audit, along with the development of casting, forging, fabrication, and machining parts. Responsibilities also include new component introduction, manufacturing process reviews, and supplier performance management. Prior to Flowserve, Vincent was a Senior Supplier Development Engineer at Wartsila China from July 2007 to October 2009, where expertise involved marine engine parts development and supplier KPI management. Vincent's career began at CSR Corporation Limited, where, from August 1983 to July 2007, responsibilities included production planning for large-scale casting and forging, as well as customer interface with major clients in the railway transportation sector.
