Wayne Blair

Wayne Blair is currently the Director of NA Seal QRC Operations at Flowserve Corporation, a position held since 2024. Previously, Wayne served as General Manager of the South Region Seal QRCs at Flowserve AMSS Seal Division from 2018 to 2024, and held various roles including General Manager at Texaloy Foundry and Project Manager at CCC Group, Inc. With over a decade of experience in management and operations, Wayne began their career in the US Navy, where they served from 1984 to 1995. Earlier roles also include working as a machinist at Compressor Products International.
