Webster Madole has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Webster is currently serving as the Vice President of FCD Operations at Flowserve Corporation, where they started in 2023. Webster also worked as the Plant Manager for the OKC Valves and Measurement Facility, where they achieved significant revenue growth and high profitability.

Webster started their career in the electronics industry, working as the PCB Production Manager at Hitachi Computer Products (America) from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they had roles at Celestica as a Six Sigma Black Belt Advisor and Project Manager, and at Lucent Technologies as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer.

Throughout their career, Webster Madole has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing, leadership, operational improvement, and supply chain management.

Webster Madole earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the University of Oklahoma in the years 1994 to 1998. Webster also completed their Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same university between 1998 and 2001. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Certified Quality Manager from the institution ASQ, but the exact year of obtaining the certification is not provided.
