Webster Madole

Webster Madole has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Webster is currently serving as the Vice President of FCD Operations at Flowserve Corporation, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, in 2022, they founded their own consulting firm called SMART Shift Consulting, LLC, where they provided operational improvement services to clients.

Before starting their own consulting firm, Webster held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain at Trillium Flow Technologies from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing operations and supply chain functions across multiple manufacturing facilities and locations worldwide.

From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Weatherford as the Director of Manufacturing for Western Hemisphere Completions and Production. In this role, they successfully implemented various initiatives to reduce past due amounts, optimize manufacturing engineering processes, and streamline inventory management.

Earlier in their career, Webster held several managerial positions at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, between 2007 and 2020. Webster served as the Director of Manufacturing for Western Hemisphere, overseeing multiple plants and contributing to revenue growth and inventory reduction. Webster also worked as the Plant Manager for the OKC Valves and Measurement Facility, where they achieved significant revenue growth and high profitability.

Webster started their career in the electronics industry, working as the PCB Production Manager at Hitachi Computer Products (America) from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they had roles at Celestica as a Six Sigma Black Belt Advisor and Project Manager, and at Lucent Technologies as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer.

Throughout their career, Webster Madole has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing, leadership, operational improvement, and supply chain management.

Webster Madole earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the University of Oklahoma in the years 1994 to 1998. Webster also completed their Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same university between 1998 and 2001. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Certified Quality Manager from the institution ASQ, but the exact year of obtaining the certification is not provided.
