The Human Resources Team at Flowserve is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, talent management, labor relations, and employee recognition. They ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and implement HR policies, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture across global operations.
