Ben Eachus

Ben Eachus is the CEO of Flowspace, a warehouse and logistics company. Ben was previously the Director of Strategic Projects at The Honest Company, where they led a team that performed analysis and developed strategies to improve the company's supply chain capabilities. Prior to that, they were a Manager at Optimity Advisors, a consultancy that specializes in IT project management and process improvement for healthcare and media clients.

Ben began their career as an Associate Producer at Shopzilla, Inc., where they worked for two years before moving to McMaster-Carr, where they spent five years as the Operations Manager. In 2013, they left McMaster-Carr to join Optimity Advisors. Ben remained there for less than a year before joining The Honest Company. Ben stayed at The Honest Company for three and a half years before leaving to start Flowspace.

Ben Eachus has a type AB history from Princeton University. Ben also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Ben attended the Y Combinator - Summer 2017 program at Y Combinator.
