At FlowState Therapy, we’re proud to be Ottawa’s hub for mental wellness, psychotherapy, and transformative, integrative care. Located in the heart of downtown, our clinic is thoughtfully designed to offer a warm, relaxing, and welcoming space while blending spa-like comfort with clinical professionalism.

Our core values—Client-Centered Care, Accessibility, Transparency, Collaboration, and Community guide everything we do. We're deeply committed to breaking down barriers to mental health care, offering flexible treatment options, sliding-scale rates, and community-oriented initiatives that help bring mental wellness within reach for all Ottawans.

Our team of experienced therapists, nurse practitioners, and clinicians work collaboratively to provide personalized, compassionate care. Whether you're exploring therapies for the first time, seeking relief from chronic emotional distress, or simply pursuing greater mental clarity and personal growth, Flowstate Therapy is here to support your journey. We actively partner with local healthcare providers, fostering strong professional relationships across Ottawa’s healthcare landscape to provide integrated, coordinated care. Our clinic regularly hosts educational workshops and community events designed to advance understanding and acceptance of psychedelic medicine and mental health care.

Flowstate Therapy is not just a clinic; it's a community dedicated to transformation, empowerment, and lasting wellness.
