Chantily De Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer service. Starting as a Human Resources Assistant at Alianza Grande Technologia from March 2012 to February 2014, Chantily further honed skills in HR as a Human Resources Assistant III at Universal Robina Corporation from August 2014 to February 2021, focusing on recruitment, employee development, and administration. Transitioning to customer service, Chantily worked as a VA/CSR/Chat Support for a confidential UK and Aus-based client from March 2021 to June 2022, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. Currently, at Flowstate since February 2025, Chantily serves as an Executive Assistant managing the CEO's calendar and communications, while also leading the Customer Services team with expertise in email marketing and project management.
