Andrew Carroll

Andrew Carroll has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Andrew recently joined Floww as Head of Product. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Product - Payments at Allica Bank and played a key role in the creation of their Business Current Account. Andrew also held the position of Group Head of Product at Equals Money (formerly FairFX), where they built and developed a product team across all business verticals. Before that, they were a Lead Product Manager at BCG Digital Ventures, where they worked with influential companies to build and invest in startups. Andrew has also served as the Head of Product at REVL LTD and VP Product at habito. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Lead Digital Product Manager at Which?, a Senior Product Manager at blinkbox music, and a Senior Product Manager at MusicQubed. Andrew started their career at Omnifone, where they held roles as Product Manager for PC and Web Applications and Project Manager for Engineering. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong focus on product strategy, vision, and delivery.

Andrew Carroll has a diverse education history. In 1994, they completed their Higher Grade Matric (School Leaving Certificate) at Hilton College, where they studied Science, Mathematics, Biology, Geography, English, and Afrikaans. Later, from 2000 to 2003, Andrew attended Bond University and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Business Management. In 2007, they pursued further studies, firstly at the CFA Institute where they completed the CFA Level 1 program, focusing on Financial Analysis, Portfolio, and Investment Management. Additionally, in the same year, Andrew attended the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM) and obtained a certification for the Registered Persons Examinations for the SA Futures, Equity, and Bond Markets. This course emphasized finance, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
