Ron Davidson

Ron Davidson is a seasoned professional currently engaged in solving real-world problems in care at boxi.ai since 2025. In addition to this role, Ron serves as a Board Member at allwhere and a Board Observer at Flox, while also providing advisory support to DESRI. From 2018 to 2025, Ron was Co-Head of DESCOvery at The D. E. Shaw Group, and previously held the position of Managing Partner at Amity Equity Partners. With experience as Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Walter Investment Management Corp., and various roles at McKinsey & Company—including Associate Venture Partner, Engagement Manager, Associate, and Business Analyst—Ron has a robust background in management consulting. Prior experience includes VLSI design engineering at Saifun. Ron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual BSc degrees in Electronic Engineering and Physics from Tel Aviv University.
