Andrew Heathfield has worked in the design and architecture industry since 2008. Andrew began their career as an Architectural Intern at Morgante Wilson Architects, LTD. in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Production Assistant at InVism Media. In 2010, they worked as a Designer at the Columbus Area Arts Council. In 2011, they worked as a Designer at NORTH. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Designer and Project Manager at William Kaven Architecture, where they were responsible for design development, project management, and construction documentation for high-end residential and retail projects. In 2014, they worked as a Designer at NBBJ Design, where they delivered architectural design work for various competitions and projects in the US, Middle East, and Russia. Andrew also opened their own multidisciplinary architecture practice, MINOH, in 2014, where they work alongside clients to produce holistic design solutions. Currently, they are a Product Designer at Floyd.
Andrew Heathfield obtained a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan between 2010 and 2012. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami University between 2005 and 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Licensed Architect from the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in July 2020, a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification (NCARB) from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in May 2020, and a Licensed Architect from the Ohio Architects Board in December 2018.
