Alec Newman is an experienced professional in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Service Line - Separations & Dewatering Consumables at FLSmidth since July 2018. In this role, Alec oversees innovative engineering and service solutions and has previously led a team that achieved a 72% increase in order intake for consumables. With a strong background in R&D and project management, Alec has successfully managed sustainability initiatives and capital allocation for minerals processing projects.
