Ashok Joshi has extensive experience in the electrical engineering and design sector, particularly within the cement industry. Currently serving as Manager of Electrical Design & Product Development and Chief Electrical Engineer at FLSmidth since January 2010, Ashok has led significant projects, notably for Holcim in Russia. Prior roles include Lead Field Engineer for Holcim (US) and Cemex (US), where involvement spanned the installation and commissioning of electrical and automation equipment for new cement manufacturing lines. Ashok's career began as an Instrumentation Engineer with Prism Cement and progressed through various engineering positions, including roles at Obajana Cement PLC and FLSmidth in electrical and automation services. Ashok holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from North Maharashtra University.
