B Ganesh Bhat is a seasoned professional in refractory engineering and materials science with over four decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at AGB&Co. since January 2012, B Ganesh Bhat also holds a dual role as a Consultant and General Manager of Refractory Engineering at FLSmidth, providing expertise in refractory designs, engineering, and total refractory management for various industrial applications. Prior positions include Chief Technology Manager at Tata Refractories Ltd. and DGM-Technical at Carborundum Universal Limited, alongside early experience as a Research Engineer at Hindustan Brown Boveri Ltd. B Ganesh Bhat holds an M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a BE in Metallurgy from IISc Bangalore.
