Ben Lewis

Ben Lewis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and product management, currently serving as the Global Product Line Manager for Spare Parts at FLSmidth since May 2018. Prior to this role, Ben held various management positions at Weir Minerals, overseeing production, procurement, logistics, and quality, as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Ben's earlier experience includes serving as a contractor for Ignite, where a Filemaker database was developed, and roles at QMW and Remploy Ltd, where significant improvements in operational efficiency and employee empowerment were achieved. Ben holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and advanced degrees in Engineering Business Management and Manufacturing and Materials from Coventry University and the University of Queensland, respectively.
