Carl Agmén currently serves as the Data Management Lead for Group FP&A at FLSmidth, focusing on enhancing data availability and quality for financial planning and analysis through project management and digitalization efforts. Carl's career began at Tetra Pak with a Technical Talent Program and includes diverse roles ranging from guiding at Länsstyrelsen i Skåne län to military service in the Swedish Armed Forces. Carl holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Industrial Engineering and Management from Lund University.
